Beerwah Glasshouse Mountains Motel respects your privacy. Any and all information collected at this motel will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, loaned, or otherwise disclosed.

Any information you give to Beerwah Glasshouse Mountains Motel will be held with the utmost care, and will not be used in ways that you have not consented to. Beerwah Glasshouse Mountains Motel will ask you when it needs information that personally identifies you or allows us to contact you.

Rates

Rates are subject to change without notice - please check before booking.

Deposit

To confirm the reservation you will need to provide either your credit card details or a deposit equal to the first nights accommodation.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations or changes made within "48 HOURS" of the checkin date, or you Fail to checkin. Will result in the forfeit of the full amount of the first changed or cancelled night!

Cancellations made on bookings that are paid in full or a deposit is taken will incure a 25% cancellation fee.

Payment Options

We accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard, EFTPOS, If you wish to pay the balance of your accommodation by cheque, please ensure payment is received at least 14 days prior to your arrival.

Pets Policy - Pet Friendly Rooms

Pets need to be on a leash at all times.

Pets are not to be left unattended in units.

Pets are not to sleep/jump on any furniture in the units

Pets must be vaccinated and flea free

Pet owners must clean up after their pet and dispose of waste in outside bins

Pet owners are solely responsible for any and all personal injuries and/or property damage or losses in relation to any actions caused by or because of your pet.

Whilst on site the motel accepts no responsibility or liability for your pet

We ask guests with pets to be considerate of other guests staying at the motel who may have allergies or may not be use to pets.
